EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - Retail Start Your Own Business Programme

We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who wish to open their own retail premises!

Whether you have an online shop already, or are starting out from scratch, we are developing a specific programme of supports for retail start-ups in Kildare.

Over a 6-week period we will work with a group of aspiring retailers to develop their business plan.

We’ll cover specific topics like who is your target market, and how will you market to them? How will you set your store apart from your competition?

Along the same lines, you should also create a business budget and develop an understanding of managing your cash flow.

What will your startup costs be? How long will it take for you to break even? And what other costs do you need to plan for?

With your business plan and budget understood, we’ll work with you through understanding your responsibilities to revenue as a business owner and employer.
